Legacy & Leadership

A Legacy of Leadership and Service

Omicron Epsilon Lambda is a chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., an organization founded in 1906 at Cornell University.

Alpha Phi Alpha was established by seven visionary men who became known as the fraternity's Seven Jewels.

The fraternity's history is rooted in scholarship, fellowship, leadership, and service, values that continue to guide its chapters and Brothers today.

OEL is proud to be part of that larger Alpha Phi Alpha brotherhood and to carry those principles into its own community.

Building the Future

Our Legacy Continues

A chapter's legacy is built through the work it does for its community.
For Omicron Epsilon Lambda, that work includes supporting education, developing young leaders, strengthening community partnerships, and creating opportunities for service and fellowship.

We honor the principles of Alpha Phi Alpha by putting them into action—and by continuing to build a foundation for the Brothers and communities who come next.
The work continues. The legacy continues.
First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All.
